Hey guys… not sure about the “Laser focus”, but it was a great show. I gotta agree with several things, the one I want to point out though is Mike's e-mail rant. When I get a huge e-mail 99% of the time I don't make it past the first sentence and that is usually only if it comes from my boss and then I don't read it I call him and ask him what he wants.
I think a ton of the e-mail traffic I get is stems from the corporate CYA culture. People love to say “well I sent that to you in e-mail last week.” Well you know what I didn't read it!
