    Hey guys... not sure about the "Laser focus", but it was a great show. I gotta agree with several things, the one I want to point out though is Mike's e-mail rant. When I get a huge e-mail 99% of the time I don't make it past the first sentence and that is usually only if it comes from my boss :) and then I don't read it I call him and ask him what he wants.
    I think a ton of the e-mail traffic I get is stems from the corporate CYA culture. People love to say "well I sent that to you in e-mail last week." Well you know what I didn't read it!
  • Thanks for the comment, Dale. We need to write a Twitter filter for email that summarizes all of those long emails into 140 characters! BTW, one of your Mercy colleagues is on the show this week. I'm hoping to post the new show today.
